What MRU does is cleans out the most recently used files, which happens to be all over your registry. For someone like me who runs CCleaner daily, and Registry Mechanic daily, it still found close to 400 files. The only real thing missing for this is a plug-in for FireFox cookies. They have one for IE so I would hope they would make one for FireFox. Found this via LifeHacker.
If nothing else it will help people from finding out what you programs and files you have been using.
